FAQ
What is BVLT again?
The BVLT System is a set of principles that is entirely focused on solving all of the typical issues that come with hiring a cleaning contractor and instead focuses on providing a service that is best value, long term (BVLT) for facilities managers
I don't know why I should pay more than the lowest price for any cleaning service as I think they're all the same
The truth is, most cleaning companies are all the same. They use the same products, conduct themselves the same and the results are the same too. It’s impossible to achieve different results but operate the same as other cleaning companies. Our BVLT System IS why we’re different and how we get different results. Along with this, typical cleaning contractors are full of hidden costs (retendering, management of the contractor, poor cleaning standards, complaints) that raise the price without giving you an ROI.
Can you explain how are you solving industry problems? for example how do you address inconsistency
The cleaning industry has no barrier to entry – this leads to many businesses starting up every year with little to no experience in the industry or in business. They have little knowledge of building a sustainable cleaning business so they either intentionally (or accidently) misquote for their services. This leads to those businesses underpaying staff, not being able to afford to vet staff properly, train them properly and then leads to them shafting clients by staying a fraction of the time instead of the full time. The BVLT System isn’t just about client facing systems, it’s also about how we structure our business behind the scenes so that we properly allocate resources to all departments including recruitment, training, staff wages and even software to increase ease of use for everyone involved. By default, we eliminate these common issues simply because the BVLT System leads us away from them ever becoming a problem to begin with.
You keep saying that you are Best value long term yet you're not the cheapest can you explain that?
It depends on your definition of ‘cheap’. ‘Cheap’ cleaning comes with hidden costs such as the need to retender, additional maintenance, time wastage (complaints, unnecessary communication) – all of these add up over time. For example, spending 150 Euro on a bike that requires 10 Euro to maintain it per year is a better investment than spending 100 Euro on a bike that requires another 100 Euro a year to keep it road worthy. the systems that would give you a BVLT effect that have been carefully identified, created, implemented, tested, optimized, monitored and maintained. This comes at a cost

Greater Dublin Area
How do you vet your staff?
All of our staff have prior cleaning experience as a minimum. They then go through a multi-stage interview process so we can access whether they would be a beneficial addition to our team both with their industry experience but also with their values to make sure they’re aligned with ours
We want to do cleaning ourselves (in house) implementing a few of your ideas. will we get the same results?
Simply put, no. The BVLT System was designed from the ground up to focus specifically on cleaning alone. Many companies won’t be able to consistently provide the time and attention needed due to having to focus on all of the other areas of the business. That’s why we recommend you outsource your cleaning so you can have the best of both – more time, resources and energy focused internally while knowing that you’re getting the best value long term by going with a cleaning contractor that truly understands you.
We have inhouse cleaning why should we outsource to you?
In house cleaning teams may appear cheap on the surface but often inhouse cleaning teams aren’t allocated the neccessary resources to truly succeed. This isn’t just about the cleaning supplies themselves but more about support, training and systems. The results are often poor, managing the cleaning team becomes a drain on the resources of managers and before you know it it costs you more than outsourcing. Outsourcing to a cleaning company that eliminates hidden costs entirely by focusing on a best value, long term approach will give you the best return on investment for your cleaning budget (even over an inhouse cleaning team).
We are managing both high end and low end properties. does it mean that your BVLT system is best used only for one side of the market or the other?
We believe that every single property should be maintained to the same standard, regardless of whether the property itself is ‘low end’ or ‘high end’. BVLT remains the same in every premises and with every client – it’s designed to give you the best value, long term for YOUR cleaning requirements.
